Who we are

Cyprus Wedding Packages ("we") operates cyprusweddingpackages.com, an independent wedding planning guide and venue-matching service.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your names, email address, wedding month, guest count, budget range, preferred area and any notes. We also keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your enquiry solely to respond to it — including introducing you, with your knowledge, to venues and suppliers that match your requirements. We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists without asking, or share your details with any business unrelated to your enquiry.

Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can help with follow-up questions, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel and enquiry emails are delivered via our email provider; both process data on our behalf under their own GDPR-compliant terms. Venues and suppliers who receive your enquiry details act as independent controllers of that information.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict our processing of it. Contact us via the contact pageand we'll action requests within 30 days.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, device type and approximate (city-level) location. Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and we receive only aggregate, cookieless signals via Google Consent Mode; the site works identically either way. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, we use the data only in aggregate, and we run no advertising cookies and never sell or share analytics data for marketing.
