Beach Wedding Venues in Cyprus
A beach wedding in Cyprus means 300-plus days of sunshine, a warm sea from May to November, and ceremonies that are legally binding on the spot. Cyprus is one of the few Mediterranean destinations where the beach wedding and the legal wedding are the same event.

One thing to know upfront: Cyprus beaches are public land, so fully private sand ceremonies don't exist. What works is the beachfront setup the venues below have perfected — gazebos, jetties and lawns owned by the hotel, positioned directly over or beside the sand, where your ceremony is reserved, styled and legally conducted with the sea behind you.
The east coast (Protaras, Ayia Napa) brings the turquoise shallows; the west (Paphos) brings sunset over the water. Both are listed below with indicative packages.

Questions
Beach weddings, answered
Can we legally marry on the sand itself?
Ceremonies must happen at licensed venues, which is why hotels build gazebos and jetties at the beach edge — legally licensed, physically on the water. Some municipalities license specific beach spots; your coordinator or planner will confirm options for a true on-sand setup.
When is the sea warm enough for beach weddings?
The sea hits 20°C by late May and stays swimmable into November. For ceremony comfort, May–June and September–October are ideal; July–August works best with late-afternoon slots.
What does a beach wedding in Cyprus cost?
Beachfront ceremony packages run ~€1,500–€2,500 at the hotels below; with 40 guests, dinner and drinks, most couples spend €7,000–€12,000 — see our cost guide for full breakdowns.
